Improved Contact Export Experience

We've improved the contact export experience in multiple ways:

• Simplified field selection
  • Select fields from related objects
  • Field selections remembered automatically
• Filter Leads/Contacts Using Segment Conditions

Simplified Field Selection

Paminga's Field Chooser makes it easy to select the fields you want included in your export.

To make your life easier, we've added a right-side panel with links to "jump" to objects in the Field Chooser, like the contact's latest website visit, first touch, or contact's Account custom fields.

Select Fields From Related Objects

You are not limited to including only Contact fields in your export.

You may easily choose to include fields from several related objects:

• Contact Standard Fields
• Contact Custom Fields
• Account Standard Fields
• Account Custom Fields
• Account "Owner" (the user to which the account is assigned in your connected CRM)
• Latest Visit
• Lead Owner (the user to which the lead/contact is assigned in your connected CRM)
• First Touch
• Last Touch

Field Selections Remembered Automatically

When you export contacts, your field selections are automatically remembered.

The next time you export contacts, the same fields you chose to export last time will be pre-selected for you.

Filter Leads/Contacts Using Segment Conditions

You may choose to filter the records that will be included in your .csv file by using the full power of Paminga's Segment Builder.

This gives you incredible control over the records included in your contact export.

Export Contacts from Multiple Locations

You'll find that you may export contacts – with the same consistent experience – from several places in Paminga:

• The Contacts page
• When viewing the members of any Marketing or Subscription List
• When viewing the contacts associated with any Account
