While we focus on some major improvements (new Email and Workflow Builders), we continually improve experiences across the platform.

Today we're announcing several recent enhancements:

We saw that searching for contacts by email address (via the "search" bar in the top nav) could be slow, particularly for accounts with > 5M contacts.

Several optimizations have sped contact search substantially โ€“ not just for large accounts โ€“ but across the board ๐Ÿ‘

Attach Files to Form Submissionsโ€‹

The new form builder now supports uploading/attaching files!

In-App Documentationโ€‹

Paminga's new documentation gets better every week.

We've added the ability to view relevant articles without leaving Paminga! This can be a better experience than having to open docs in a new tab.

We've added these "?" icons extensively in the new form builder and plan to add them across the platform in the future.

Searchable Dropdown Experienceโ€‹

Paminga exposes searchable drop downs in dozens of places. A customer reported that attempting to backspace while searching was challenging.

We resolved that issue to improve the experience everywhere ๐Ÿ‘

Pause Lead Scoringโ€‹

You are now able to pause lead scoring โ€“ individually for each active Lead Scoring Ruleset โ€“ when viewing any individual lead/contact.

Activity Stream entries are made when pausing/resuming lead scoring.

A/B Test Reporting Enhancementsโ€‹

The Automation Performance dashboard for A/B tests in Paminga better reflects the detailed stats for your split test.

Activity Stream Clarity: Contact Un-Bounced by CRM Syncโ€‹

If you reset a lead/contact's bounce status in your CRM, the record is also "un-bounced" in Paminga.

The Activity Stream entry that is made when this happens has been improved to provide clarity as to how the record's bounce status was reset.

Improved Experiences for Manual Contact/Account Creationโ€‹

Some of you rarely create leads/contacts/accounts manually, but some of our customers do so commonly. We identified several opportunities to streamline this process:

Add to Marketing/Subscription Listsโ€‹

The form for creating a new contact now includes options to add your new contacts to one or more Marketing or Subscription Lists in the process.

Social Profilesโ€‹

Fields were added for:

  • LinkedIn Profile
  • X/Twitter Handle
  • Facebook Username
  • Instagram Username These fields are also now available when editing any contact.

For each of these social profile fields that is populated, Paminga will display, at the top of the Contact Detail page, an icon that, when clicked, will open that social profile in a new tab.

Manually Creating a New Accountโ€‹

The form for creating a new account now includes fields for social profiles:

  • LinkedIn Profile
  • X/Twitter Handle
  • Facebook Username
  • Instagram Username
  • YouTube Handle

For each of these social profile fields that is populated, Paminga will display, at the top of the Account Detail page, an icon that, when clicked, will open that social profile in a new tab.

Add Contact to Existing Accountโ€‹

A "Create A Contact" button has been added to the "Account Contacts" table (the table that lists all of the contacts associated with any account). This makes it simple to add a new contact to an existing account manually.
