Contact Details

Each Contact within Paminga has a Contacts Detail page. Here you can find collected demographic information and view List Memberships, Subscriptions, and Lead Score.

In addition to the Standard Fields included under Contact Details in the Contact File, you may choose to add custom fields as well. You can later create segments using these fields (both standard and custom).

Contact Details

Within your Contacts Details page of each Contact in Paminga, you have a window into all the activity/account information for each individual contact. This includes all email opens, clicks, form submissions, website visits, etc.

When viewing the Contact Detail page, you will find your contacts basic info available at the top left corner. This data includes:

  • Contact Icon: This will either be the contacts initials or if available, their Favicon image
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name: Easily click to view the Account Details page
  • Email Address: provided with an easy "Copy" button

Customer Journey

Most likely you’ll have heard this phrase before, perhaps alongside similar terms such as “Sales Funnel” and “Marketing Funnel” to name a few. The term “Customer Journey” is also used to describe the process a prospective buyer goes through on their way to becoming a customer, but in many cases, it also encompasses what comes after the initial purchase. A premium is also placed on Customer Retention.

For each contact within your account, we have tracked their Customer Journey including visits, form submissions, and email activity.

This section includes all content that has been downloaded by your contacts. The information available is the download name and the date, and time in which the download occurred.
