Actions
The Actions DataGrid provides an overview of all the Actions you've configured across the platform.
You may easily filter to see all Actions that might be impacting data in Paminga or your connected CRM platform.
The Actions DataGrid does not show "Classic Actions". Classic Actions are those created via the Classic Form Builder or the Classic Workflow Builder.
"Next-Gen Actions" are those created via:
- The new Form Builder
- The Contact Import process
- CRM Sync Actions
- Lead Scoring Thresholds
- Lead Stage Change Actions
- Opportunity Stage Change Actions (coming soon!)
- The new Workflow Builder (coming soon!)
Actions DataGrid
Filtering Actions
This makes it easy to see, for example all Actions that can create or update data in your connected CRM platform.
Action Type
Paminga supports dozens of Actions. Here you cam filter by the type of Action.
Easily find all actions that are configured to create Leads in Salesforce, for example.
Source Type
Paminga's Actions may be triggered from a variety of sources across the platform.
You can easily filter to find all Actions that were triggered by Forms, for example.
Source Name
This column contains that actual name of the source of the Action. Clicking on the name will take you directly to that item.
Continuing to use a Form as our example, filtering on this column can quickly show you all Actions configured for a specific Form.
Action Scope
Paminga's Actions maybe triggered globally or conditionally.
Whether an Actions is global or conditional is know as the "Action Scope".
This column makes it easy to view all Conditional Actions, for example.
Combine Filters
You may combine filters to quickly find exactly what you're looking for.
