Pause Lead Scoring
There may be instances in which you wish to pause lead scoring for a specific contact or lead within your Paminga account. Doing so is quick and easy!
For any contact in which you wish to pause an active Lead Scoring Ruleset for select the contact and view their contact details page.
Within the contact detials page, on the right hand side, there is a section for "Lead Score". When expanded it will show all active Lead Scoring Rulesets and the contacts score in each ruleset.
If you would like to pause any active Ruleset for that specific contact select the "Pause" button next to the ruleset's name.
Upon selection a popup will appear that will prompt you to make selections for this pause.
These selections include:
- How long should scoring be paused for?
- Indefinitely
- Months
- Days
- Years
- If months, days or years is selected you will need to choose specifically how long for your selection from the drop down
Once you have selected your settings, select the button "Pause Lead Scoring".
Pause Lead Scoring FAQ
- Pausing lead scoring only impacts the selected ruleset
- Pausing a contact's lead scoring does not prevent other actions. Contacts may still be added to lists, receive marketing emails, etc.
- An activity stream entry will be made noting the date and time when lead scoring was paused for the contact
- Lead scoring will automatically resume once the pause period expires (unless you choose to pause scoring indefinitely)
- An activity stream entry will be made when this occurs
