Bounce Reason Dashboard

Bounced Contacts are those for whom the email address on file has been determined to be invalid. It may be that the email on file does not actually exist or that the inbox is currently unable to receive communications due to being full.

Either way Paminga will filter out Contacts who bounce from future mailings automatically to help protect your send reputation.

When a contact is bounced Paminga will also record the data and store it in the Bounced Reason Dashboard.

The data available will include:

• The bounced contacts email address
  • Quickly click the contacts email address to view the contacts details if you wish to unbounce the contact
• The reason for the bounce provided by our Email Service Provider
• Date and Time in which the bounce occured

The dashboard allows you to search a specific contact by email address and also adjust the date range to see which contacts bounced during a specific date range.
