What makes Paminga a better partner?
For our Pro and Enterprise customers, we do things that no other vendor will. We know that won't scale to crazy-huge sizes but we don't care.
We would rather help you with your problems and have a relationship that lasts for decades than be the biggest or fastest growing.
You will be blown away. You can schedule time with experts at will using our public calendars — at no additional cost.
Those experts will bring an experienced software engineer to the call as needed.
You (and your software people if applicable) can talk live with our software people — without limitation — when that's what's needed to help solve your problem.
You can talk with your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who is absolutely an expert in Paminga, without limitation. And the meter is not running. Unlimited live support is 100% unique to Paminga.
We solve problems. It's what we do. It's how we operate. It's been that way for a dozen years with our previous brand/platform, Net-Results.
